Charlotte Farrell

Charlotte Is a proactive director and a backbone to Diamond Estate Agents, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Charlotte provides our back office administration and is our social media presence so although you may not see her she is sometimes the first point of contact with our team. She is often also found in the main office answering calls and offering assistance to clients over the phone with her wealth of local knowledge. Charlotte prides herself on the running of our successful family businesses (she is also co-owner of Five Cedars Health & Beauty) while being a working mum looking after her two little boys Harry & Alfie. In her spare time (when she ever has some) she can be found helping the school PTA, baking (she is definitely the office feeder!) or on the side lines watching her boys play sports. Charlotte is well known in the town having grown up in Tiverton and is happy to live near her supportive and caring parents Jon & Sally Sowden. She is a loyal and supportive wife to Mark and a caring employer to a true family business.
